Quote form privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data is processed in GaziantepSite quote and customer-account journeys.

Personal data processed

Name, company, email, optional phone number; project type, scope, budget range and description; source page, referrer and UTM data; request time, transaction and security records. Temporary user and session identifiers may be created. If you choose AI-assisted scoping, only the project description and scope selections are used to generate a suggestion; contact fields are not sent to the model.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed to evaluate your request, contact you, prepare a quote and take pre-contractual steps; to meet legal obligations; and, without harming your fundamental rights, to protect information security, prevent abuse and preserve transaction integrity. Marketing messages are not required and are not sent without separate permission.

Collection method

Data is collected automatically or partly automatically through the web form, customer account, security verification and subsequent email or telephone communication.

Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to authorised staff. Cloudflare infrastructure is used for hosting, databases, security, traffic protection and optional AI assistance. Limited disclosure may be made to competent authorities and legal or financial advisers where legally required. Data is not sold or shared for another independent brand’s marketing. Where a service entails an international transfer, an appropriate mechanism and safeguards under Article 9 of the Turkish data-protection law are applied.

Retention

Requests that do not become customers are retained for no more than two years after the last meaningful interaction. If a quote becomes a contract, contract, accounting and dispute records are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes and request-deduplication records after 24 hours.

Your rights and requests

You may exercise the rights provided by Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, including access, information, correction, deletion where conditions apply, notification to recipients, objection to automated analysis and compensation for unlawful processing.
